Вплив прямих іноземних інвестицій на цифровий розвиток

Перехід до цифрової економіки став пріоритетом для державної політики на всіх рівнях у більшості країн. Метою дослідження є аналіз зміни пріоритетів прямих іноземних інвестицій (ПІІ) під впливом активізацій національних та регіональних стратегій прискорення цифрового розвитку і розроблення рекомендацій щодо стимулювання відповідних ПІІ. Обґрунтовано, що сучасна інвестиційна політика формує конкурентні переваги для залучення інвестицій з боку цифрових багатонаціональних корпорацій, відповідає на глобальні виклики й кризові явища та забезпечує стратегічні можливості цифрового розвитку для країни. Доведено, що застосовувані стратегії не є всеосяжними та ефективними, оскільки вони повинні включати інвестиції до інфраструктури, до цифрових компаній і до цифровізації економіки в цілому. Встановлено, що ПІІ відіграють вирішальну роль у прискоренні цифрового розвитку. Через цифрову економіку вже розпочалася активна трансформація міжнародних операцій БНК, яка полягає у зміні мотивації при виборі основних напрямів ПІІ. Рекомендовано узгоджувати стратегії цифрового розвитку з усіма напрямами та політиками держави для створення прозорого нормативно-правового регулювання щодо ПІІ, пом’якшення негативного впливу на соціальні, екологічні та економічні наслідки цифрової трансформації.
