The role of social capital in the development of enterprise in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine
The article explores the role of social capital in the development of enterprises in the context of Ukraine's European integration. The authors investigate the impact of social networks, public engagement, and cooperation with other enterprises on the competitiveness and innovativeness of the enterprise. They analyze various aspects of social capital, such as trust, interaction, and mutual assistance, which contribute to creating a favorable business environment. The research is based on the analysis of theoretical approaches and empirical data from the practice of enterprise management in the conditions of European integration. The findings of the article can be an important addition to understanding the relationship between social capital and the successful development of the enterprise. The study emphasizes the significance of social capital as a driver of economic growth and development, especially in the context of Ukraine's integration into the European Union. By fostering trust and collaboration among stakeholders, enterprises can enhance their capacity for innovation, adaptability, and resilience in a rapidly changing economic environment. Furthermore, the research underscores the importance of proactive engagement with various societal actors, including government institutions, civil society organizations, and local communities, to leverage the potential benefits of social capital for sustainable development. In conclusion, the article highlights the importance of recognizing and harnessing the potential of social capital as a strategic resource for enterprise development in the context of European integration. It calls for further research and policy initiatives aimed at promoting a culture of cooperation, transparency, and social responsibility among enterprises and their stakeholders to unlock new opportunities for inclusive and sustainable growth.
