Formation of land relations in Ukraine under modern conditions

Introduction. Land relations were, are and will be basic not only for agricultural production, but also for the country's economy as a whole. Therefore, it is critically important to form land relations in Ukraine, taking into account the laws of socio-economic development, existing and known forms of effective land relations. Problem Statement. Scientific substantiation of the formation of land relations in Ukraine in modern conditions. The purpose of the publication is to study the forms of land relations in Ukraine in modern conditions. Methods. The following methods were used: abstract-logical, systematization, dialectical and formal logic, expert evaluations Results. Determining which form of land relations is the basis of agricultural production is more promising, which makes it possible to determine the direction of reforming land relations.
